My Story
To say cooking is in my blood would be an astronomical understatement! From my first oven baked chicken at age 8, to my cajun smothered oxtails, as well as my signature fried chicken tacos—every dish is made with passion, love, and a little magic.

I’ve refined my culinary skills over the years from the front to the back of the house and everything in between. I hold a degree in applied science from the Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts and possess 16+ years of industry experience.
My name is Anissia Kranson and I am a fierce mother, a diligent wife, and a dedicated master chef.
